Avocado Dipping Sauce

| Real quick and simple dipping sauce, real Tex-Mex food. |

| Makes 1 cup |

| 3 teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar |
| 4 tablespoons Water |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced |
| ¼ cup Fat Free Sour Cream |
| 1 Ripe Avocado peeled, pitted and cubed |
| Cholula Hot Sauce, to taste |

| Combine all ingredients except hot sauce in a processor and puree until creamy. Season to taste with Cholula Hot Sauce.
Refrigerate until ready to use. |
